We are a multidisciplinary firm designing at multiple scales such as Architecture, Interior, Renovation and styling since its inception in 2019. The design team along with its ancillaries strives to showcase a design to blend the various factors such as contexts, climate, geography, typology and scale, balanced by the client’s aspirations for aesthetics, functionality and budget.

Every project acts as an opportunity to rethink the conventional approach yet focusing on the reference point of the client’s requirement, using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach grounded in informed decisions.

Design Manifesto

An architect today must negotiate various factors to achieve an optimal outcome, balancing the interests of different stakeholders while adhering to the primary focus of the design brief. In the design process, we establish a reference point (datum) that serves as the core principle of the project, which guides all design decisions.

  1. Induction Phase

    • Appointment Of Architect by the Client
    • Identification of client's vision and objectives, business case and possible constraints on development.
    • Defining the broad scope of work
    • Development of initial statement of requirements by the client or on behalf of the client
    • Defining key parameters such as overall budget & site
    • Determining the total permissible built-up area.

  2. Schematic Phase

    • Development of a mission statement to define the Level of the project
    • Site Survey & Analysis
    • Development of schematic designs based on client brief
    • Appointment of consultants

  3. Conceptual Phase

    • Developing the approved schematic design
    • Development of design to include over all structural and building services systems, general specifications and cost plan
    • Conceptualizing the design into refined 3D massing and perspectives
    • Finalization of design brief & area statement according to the design

  4. Technical Drawings Phase

    • Detailing the final approved concept plan and co-ordinating with consultants
    • Optimization of the value of the project within agreed cost plan while formulating detailed specifications
    • Developing approved detailed design into final design
    • Designs to include construction details, choice of materials and their incorporation

  5. GFC Stage

    • Preparation of necessary working drawings to begin construction of RCC & civil work
    • Co-ordinating all the drawings with the final drawings received from the consultants
    • Final checking of drawings with the cost stated in the tender

  6. Construction Phase

    • Issuing working drawings and details for proper execution of works during construction
    • Approving samples of various materials.finishes.elements and components
    • Checking and approving shop drawings submitted by the consultants,contractor/ vendors
    • Visiting the site to ensure execution is being followed as per drawings and resolve on site issue during construction, if any
    • Issuing Certificate of Virtual Completion, providing Snag list and recommendations for maintenance
