Completed in 2022 for Suhas Belur, the design balances traditional Indian living patterns with modern functionality, organizing spaces to flow naturally from shared to private zones while maximizing comfort and utility within a tight footprint.
Prioritizing clarity and everyday usability, the scheme focuses on efficient planning, cohesive finishes, and adaptable layouts that support evolving needs over time. The result is a calm, modern home that feels rooted in its context and culture—where familiar ways of living meet a clean, contemporary expression.
Every home tells a story of the family that inhabits it. With the Upadhyaya Residence, we sought to create architecture that honors tradition while embracing the future. The spaces flow naturally from public to private, allowing for both celebration and contemplation. We believe that the best residential design doesn't impose a lifestyle, but rather creates a framework within which families can write their own story across generations.
