Located in KR Puram, Bangalore, Allure One Villa #10 spans 6,200 sq ft and was completed in 2023 for our client, Akshay. The interior reimagines a contemporary family home with clear lines and generous proportions, establishing a seamless flow between living, dining, and private areas while maximizing natural light and everyday comfort.
An understated palette of warm timber, textured stone, and soft neutrals pairs with custom millwork and layered lighting to bring quiet luxury to daily life. Thoughtfully integrated storage, durable finishes, and crafted details ensure long-term usability, resulting in a refined, welcoming residence tailored to the client’s lifestyle.
Every home tells a story of the family that inhabits it. With the Upadhyaya Residence, we sought to create architecture that honors tradition while embracing the future. The spaces flow naturally from public to private, allowing for both celebration and contemplation. We believe that the best residential design doesn't impose a lifestyle, but rather creates a framework within which families can write their own story across generations.
